Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

The Lago Hotel employees are trained on issues of waste management and water reuse. The hotel already has a solar panel system that allows 24-hour hot water in all its facilities without the need to use electricity and will soon receive a certification of its environmental management. Additionally employees are trained in hotel management issues, allowing them develop their potential in the industry.
